Par & Order · An EveryCrumb Tool

Count the store. The orders write themselves.

Photograph your invoices to build your item list. Walk the store and count what's on the shelf. Every vendor order builds itself, and you text it exactly like you already do.

Built by a multi-unit DFW taco operator. Runs on the phone in your pocket.

How it works

Three steps. First order tonight.

STEP 01

Snap your invoices

Photograph a supplier invoice and every line item gets read for you: item, pack size, price, vendor code. Three or four photos and your whole item list exists. Or paste straight from your spreadsheet.

STEP 02

Walk and count

Items are listed in the order you actually walk the store. Count in the units on your shelf: eaches, pounds, bags. Pars sit right under each item, with a separate par set for each order day of your week.

STEP 03

Text your vendors

Anything under par lands on a ticket, grouped by vendor, converted to the cases they actually sell, with your item codes and an estimated total. One tap copies it. Your vendors change nothing on their end.

What's inside

Built from three taco shops' worth of Tuesdays.

Every feature exists because ordering off a clipboard broke somewhere real.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does it connect to my POS?

No, on purpose. POS integrations are why the big platforms take two months to set up and cost $200 a month. Par & Order works from your invoices and your shelves, which is where ordering actually happens.

Do my vendors need to do anything?

Nothing. The order copies as plain text and you send it however you already do: text, email, or read it over the phone.

Where does my data live?

On your device. Your counts, pars, and prices stay on the phone you count with. Nothing is uploaded except the invoice photos you choose to scan.

What if I run more than one location?

One membership covers one restaurant. Run it on one phone per store. If you're multi-unit, the Multi-Unit tier includes Par & Order for every location.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel from your Gumroad account any time. If it doesn't save you time in the first month, it isn't for you and that's fine.
